Great experience working with Brad !! Professional , competent and got the job done !!! He took the time to understand my needs by asking several questions beyond the basic bedrooms and baths. Brad is knowledgeable about homes, available properties, the purchase process, and a myriad of other things. I highly recommend his services. Brad set us up with notifications of all homes meeting our specifications. He showed us several houses in Coconut Creek and Coral Springs that were within what we were looking for. Brad stood by us during a lengthy short sale process and always kept us up to date. He dealt with the other Realtor, title agency, etc for us. It made the emotional 5.5 month process much easier to know that we had Brad on our side. I would use his services again in an instant.
